2. Products and Custom Orders
All hats are custom-made to order based on your specifications, including hat style, colors, text, embroidery type, and any uploaded artwork.
We make every effort to match your selections accurately, but slight variations in color, thread, and materials may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and differences between screens and physical products.
By submitting an order, you confirm that any text, logos, or artwork you provide do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
Payment is collected in full at the time of order through our secure payment processor (REVIEW — e.g., Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment card information.

4. Order Confirmation and Production
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation means your order has been received — production begins shortly after.
Standard production time is 7–10 business days. Rush orders (3–5 business days) are available for an additional fee. Bulk orders of 20+ units may take 2–3 weeks.
Once production has started on a custom order, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate if production hasn't begun.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (US domestic) or 7–14 business days (international) after your order ships.
Tracking information is provided with every order via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.
Because all items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or design preference.
If your item arrives defective or materially different from what you ordered (wrong color, wrong text, damaged in production), contact us within 14 days and we will make it right — either by remaking the item or issuing a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, hat illustrations, and the hat configurator tool — is owned by Capped Customs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our written permission.
Designs you create using our configurator tool are yours. However, we reserve the right to feature anonymized versions of completed designs in our portfolio or marketing (without your personal information) unless you tell us otherwise.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Submit content that is offensive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal
Upload files containing viruses or malicious code
Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or access other users' data
Use the site for any purpose that violates applicable laws
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capped Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

The site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Colors displayed on screen may differ slightly from the final physical product.
